What You’ll Find Here

Flexible floorplans or suite sizes

Nova Place offers a highly versatile range of office solutions designed to accommodate everyone from burgeoning startups to established global enterprises within its 1.5-million-square-foot campus. Tenants can choose from expansive, open-concept floor plans in the Concourse, which features 15-foot ceilings and generous column spacing ideal for large-scale buildouts—or select more tailored, divisible suites within the North Side’s iconic office towers.

WiredScore Platinum connectivity

Nova Place distinguishes itself as the premier "carrier hotel" of the region, boasting a WiredScore Platinum certification that signifies the highest tier of digital infrastructure. This designation is underpinned by a robust network of nine unique high-speed fiber providers, including DQE and Verizon Enterprise, ensuring that tenants have access to virtually unlimited bandwidth and diverse points of entry to eliminate single points of failure.

Redundant power

Nova Place offers a premier electrical infrastructure designed to support the mission-critical operations of data centers, robotics labs, and high-tech enterprises. The campus is powered by a dedicated 23kV circuit supplied by Duquesne Light Company, which feeds into multiple utility transformer vaults and utilizes overlapping electrical grids for maximum resilience. In the event of a utility disruption, an automatic transfer switch immediately shifts the load to a distribution circuit, while a large fleet of on-site diesel and natural gas generators provides an additional layer of failover protection.

Full access to Nova Place amenities

Nova Place features more than 50,000 square feet of dedicated amenity space designed to support productivity, wellness, and connection throughout the day. Tenants enjoy access to Federal Galley and Eco Bistro, and weekly pop-ups from Chick-Fil-A for diverse dining options, Union Fitness for on-site health and performance training, and an active outdoor plaza that hosts seasonal events and food trucks. Secure underground parking with approximately 3,000 spaces and thoughtfully designed common areas create a seamless, campus-style environment that brings convenience and energy together in one connected destination.
